Comfort Care

Think about how you take care of your car. Sure, most people handle the little stuff, like checking and topping off fluids, keeping tires inflated to the correct pressure, changing the wiper blades. But, to keep your car operating at its best, you need an occasional precision tune-up from a trained professional.

Your heating and cooling system is no different. Regular maintenance will extend the life of your HVAC system and reduce the number of emergency calls you need to make. Because of this, we offer planned maintenance for both residential and commercial accounts.

Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst – on the coldest day of a frigid winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave. Times when your comfort system must work the hardest, and when you need it most. Plus, if your systems are older or you skip regular maintenance, your chances of having a breakdown increase dramatically. A WELDON’S Heating & Air Planned Maintenance Program helps avoid breakdowns plus it protects and prolongs the life of your equipment. As a Weldon’s service agreement customer you always receive priority service!

This is exactly why we developed our Preventive Maintenance service plans. Even small problems with your heating and/or cooling system can take big bites out of your budget. When you have the protection of one of our service plans, there’s a lot less to worry about.

Not changing your filters may cause damage to your furnace and central air. When your furnace is running with a dirty and clogged furnace filter, it restricts the air flow across the heat exchanger, so it overheats and eventually cracks. During the summer a dirty furnace filter can cause the A/C compressor to burn out.

To maintain what we call home wellness, and protect your investment, WELDON’S Heating & Air offers the Planned Service Agreement. Our experience confirms that servicing your heating and air conditioning equipment on a regular basis is the best way to protect your investment. Our maintenance plan helps you avoid unexpected repair bills, reduced operating costs and maintain the highest efficiency from your heating and cooling system. Precision tune-ups are performed by our expert technicians.

We retain comprehensive records of your system’s operation. At your convenience, we’ll send one of our technicians to your home or business to perform a comprehensive inspection.
