I could not have been more pleased with Tim Weldon and his 3 man crew.  Before I selected Tim, I had 3 HVAC contractors walk through and quote our project.  Tim Weldon personally visited our home, and spent more than an hour with me reviewing the old system and discussing the improvements his company could offer.  Tim had a brilliant suggestion about relocating the heat pump to the back yard, which would create space for a garage door addition to my basement.  I had not thought of that option, brilliant!  TIm even sent pictures to me to show how he suggested to build a hillside pad for locating the heatpump and maintaining clean coils.  Also he offered a much improved air filtering system (which was quite economical) that only requires filter changes every 6 months!  Finally, I had Tim quote 3 different levels of SEER efficiency so I could evaluate the payback for each of the higher efficiency system. When the day came, Tim's folks worked a solid 12 hour day.....had the old system torn out and the new efficient CARRIER system installed and running just as daylight slipped away.  Excellent installation and they cleaned up all the mess and took it with them! Choose Tim Weldon for your next system....you won't be sorry!

My overall experience with them has been very good.  I haven’t really had a lot done with them other than the Freon refill and checkups.  I haven’t used anybody else, so I really don’t know how to compare, but I have been pleased with them.  They follow up and try to be pretty flexible in working out a time with my schedule, for them to come.  They are pretty punctual, not quite as punctual as other companies that have come out, but they always call me before they come and inform me if they are running late, so they are good about that.  They are really busy and when they come into our neighborhood they do several at one time, so it really depends on the service call before mine.  They have always done really good work when they come out.  I have only used them about four times so it is hard to rate them especially because they haven’t done much other than checkups.  The people that come out are very friendly and very professional. 

Tim Weldon was professional and attentive. The service was most personal and timely. His crew did an excellent job and went over and above the required work, and I am very satisfied.
